Ground floor: An architectural ensemble of slender high and low units connected by wide corridors and green spaces. From the northern facade of the building, through a double-curved glass canopy, the visitor passes through a wide corridor with a ramp to the entrance to the Cultural Centre and the unique for Bulgaria Museum of Bulgarian Christian Culture and History, "St. Tsar Boris-Mikhail," occupying parts of the high and the low units on the south side of the complex.
The museum will feature a hall for architectural models of emblematic Bulgarian temples and monasteries from the First Bulgarian Kingdom to this day, reconstructions of the oldest temple bells in Europe, found in Melnik, authentic ancient crosses, a replica of the seal of St. Tsar Boris, items of archaeology, ancient gospels, copies of Glagolitic manuscripts, wax figures, an art gallery, a cinema hall ,St. Tsar Boris Chapel and a large hall for cultural events.
In the low architectural body of the complex, the cultural center will also house a theatre arts academy with training halls, a hall for children's music and theatre performances, studios for painting, carving, sculpture and ceramics, offices, smaller galleries, technical rooms, etc.
The tall unit will include houses offices, halls for studying foreign
languages, library, software academy, fitness and spa center, ateliers, and a restaurant.
